“Get pollen’d idiot” is what April usually means to me since I moved to Georgia as a kid. I’m not sure if the constant nose spray, eye drops, and Allergy D medicine finally had their way with me or if it was a mindset problem all along, but I was actually able to be outside and not paralyzed by the yellow evil. Very thankful for that. April was great. We took a spring break trip to Tortola and expored the surrounding islands, reopened our home to foster care after a short break following our last placement returning home, enjoyed the Masters and NBA playoffs, and more.

  • Worst thing I watched, read, or listened to: Air Bud: Spikes Back

  • Best experience of the month: Snorkeling at Smugglers Cove

  • Best thing I ate: Whole Snapper @ D'CoalPot BVI & Jerk Chicken @ Patricias Beach Bar Tortola
